The church is one of a network of area churches that help house homeless families. Over a one week period each quarter, our church classroom space is re-configured to serve as short term living quarters. Meals are provide as is limited transportation services for "residents" as they work to regain a foothold of self sufficiency. This is a rewarding experience and new volunteers are always needed.
